Houston, We Have a Problem, charging protocol

As plug-in cars proliferate, moving from the factory to the freeway, we do, indeed “have a problem” and it’s way bigger than Houston ever contemplated. That problem, simply stated, is charging protocol or — more accurately — the LACK of any official charging protocol; one that most EV drivers are aware of and willingly follow. Proper etiquette seems to be conspicuously MIA
