It will be held October 18, 2012 in San Luis Obispo's famous downtown Thursday farmers' market. We will have electric cars, natural gas powered cars, the Cal Poly supermileage car and others in show. Second, I wanted to see if you, or any members of the CCEAA had electric cars that they would wish to show at the event. If so, he or she would get an opportunity to speak to other community members about the benefits of electric cars as well as show off and explain their own vehicles they purchased

My name is Brandon Jones and I work with the Central Coast Clean Cities Coalition, a non-profit group that reduces oil consumption by promoting alternative fuels, vehicles and infrastructure. We are hosting an alternative fuel car show in October in San Luis Obispo, CA.

I found your website and first wanted to invite you and the entire CCEAA out to our event. If so, he or she would get an opportunity to speak to other community members about the benefits of electric cars as well as show off and explain their own vehicles they purchased or converted. I think this would be a great opportunity for your group to get some community recognition as well as promote the entire field of electric cars!

Even if you do not wish to participate, please keep us in mind for your future endeavors. We would love to get your input on the state of electric charging stations currently on the Central Coast, as well as any thoughts the group might have on the future of electric cars here. The best way to get in touch with us would be to call us at 805-305-5491. Thank you for your time.
