- Presentation by Greg Bedard, Program Director for California Interfaith Power & Light on its role in leading the faith community in the fight against climate change.  CIPL works with congregations throughout the state to lead them on the path to energy efficiency, conservation and renewable energy. It also works to advocate on behalf of legislation that moves the state and the nation toward a clean energy future. With over 570 member congregations in California, CIPL is working hard to support the implementation of AB 32, the state’s landmark legislation to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
